Oct 28 2008'Angels & Demons' Shots Show Hanks May Have Normal Hair
USA Today has posted four new shots from Angels & Demons, the sequel to The Da Vinci Code. I am, of course, disappointed to see that Tom Hanks's hair looks so much less Nic Cage-ian, but at least with the shots of Ewan McGregor in a robe you can pretend he's a jedi again:
"Whelp, it's our bed time. Let's go up to bed, guys."
Jedi.
"Tom Hanks, here's the Da Vinci Code... Too!"

I'm not sure if the movie counts as a sequel or not, considering the events in "Angels and Demons" actually take place before the events in "Tha DaVinci Code." I suppose they could turn it into a sequel, but it really ought to be a prequel. *shrug*

it's technically a prequel even if it's shot after (reminds me of i am legend, whose end you absolutely blew for me! no spoiler warning)

I am not sure whether or not it's going to be a prequel or sequel. All I know is that it is probably going to be a lot better than Da Vinci Code, because the book was way way better. For me anyways.

@8 no, it's a prequel, angels and demons is mentioned in the da vinci code more than once.
I hope the movie is as graphic as the book, if they go for the pg-13 rating to get a wider audience I'll be pissed

It's not a prequel OR a sequel. it's the first book and they made the second book a movie first. It's the "first" movie, but produced out of sequence.
and I'm sorry, but many people are going to be disappointed. Angels and Demons reads like a rough draft of DaVinci Code. The story is 95% identical.

Anyone think the guy next to Obi Wan in the last picture looks like Alan Tudyk? Too bad it's not, the movie would have been worth watching.
