Sep 15 2008'Doubt' Looks Like the Best Church-Based Homosexual Pedophilia Accusation Movie of the Year

Here's the trailer for Doubt, starring Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams, and loads of shouting. It's directed by the same guy who did Joe Versus the Volcano, but I feel confident it will win more acclaim than Joe Versus the Volcano, and will eventually replace that film in the Meg Ryan/Tom Hanks DVD value pack, placing it alongside You've Got Mail and Sleepless in Seattle despite not starring either Tom Hanks or Meg Ryan. It's just that powerful.

Well, did he do it or not?

Oh god... Meryl Streep... again.

kyle, you're a stupid ass.

they only make these movies to get oscars.

So, if you read the title of this articale, it says "'Doubt' Looks Like the Best Church-Based Homosexual Pedophilia Accusation Movie of the Year"

Wait, there is more than one "Church-based homosexual pedophelia accusation" movie this year? Was there one last year TOO?

Seriously, how do they come up with all those categories anyway?

Joe Vs. The Volcano is my favorite movie of all time.

was an excellent play when it came out and will be an excellent movie as well. i think frost/nixon will be better though since it consists of t the main orignal cast members.

I hope in the end it turns out that Phillip Seymor Hoffman was only trying to confide in the young boy that he'd just been diagnosed with a brain cloud! This looks pretty entertaining.

Looks promising so far. Nice to see Phillip Seymour Hoffman...something about Meryle Streep worries me though...hm.

Not since 300 has a movie broken the 60% screaming dialog mark.

well best non-church based Homosexual Pedophilia Accusation Movie of the Year was definitely the dark knight. everyone hated on the joker jus cuz he's a tranny.

I don't get the whole mostly shouting part of this...I saw the movie and I recall characters screaming at each other maybe 2 or 3 times, and briefly at that. Meryl Streep is usually eerily composed and cold while Amy Adams is usually innocent and weak vocally. Hoffman throws in some throaty yells here and there but really, this movie doesn't rely on the shout factor.
