Jul 11 2008Official Silhouette of 'Avatar' Alien; Suitable for Nerdy Mudflaps, Drawing in a Features of Ex-Girlfriends
At long last, as apparently seen on a T-shirt given to crew, we're finally granted the privilege of seeing the vague outline of an alien from James Cameron's Avatar! Yeah, I know. I think it's time to call it a weekend.

Anyone ever notice:
1. The Superficlal and the I Watch Stuff writers have the EXACT SAME sense of humor?
2. None of these websites update on the weekends?
3. The Superficial has de-evolved into "Women in Bikinis and Some Gossip?"
2. Subbix - July 11, 2008 6:03 PM
@1: nope.
3. fried chicken and watermelon - July 11, 2008 6:22 PM
most people take off the weekends, that's not a viable correlation.
4. lameo - July 11, 2008 6:27 PM
It's not a correlation, it's a complaint. I get the other two taking off for the weekends, but do you really need a break from posting pictures of celebrities in bikinis and implying you're handsome?
5. Priest - July 11, 2008 6:30 PM
yes. work can still suck, and everyone needs a break.
6. Count Orlock - July 11, 2008 7:21 PM
The geekologie writer seems to take off on the weekends too.
I don't mind...every one needs a break everynow and then.
7. Eddy - July 11, 2008 8:34 PM
I thought the superficial was always 'women in bikinis and some gossip.'

I spend weekends with my girlfriend, and by "with" I mean, asking her where she's going on her way out of the house and getting answered by the door slamming. I love my life.

All I've gained from this post is a vague sense of unease, and the knowledge that Geekologie Writer needs a new girlfriend. Stat.

@9 I got the same things out of it too... perhaps something should be done....

#1: You have just touched on the primary three reasons I visit these blogs.

@#7 yes and isn't that it's charm?

Surely that's more like a silhouette of "Cheetara" from the Thundercats! ... aren't they making a live action version of that classic cartoon!!!
If it's not... then what the hell sort of movie is Cameron making? Feline aliens... hmmm... i'm smelling Thundercats rip-off all the way!! :)

Anyone ever notice:
1. The writers of these blogs don't have to burn gas or go to a job.
2. They have a pretty cool gig (see above).
3. @1 is jealous and posting his whiny crap on every blog associated with anticlown.
Maybe he got turned down during the writer call last year.

@#12- totally. I kind of prefer zomg breasts to truly mean gossip.
