Jun 20 2008Montage-ier, Brad Pitt Crying-ier New 'Burn After Reading' Trailer
Burn After Reading is one of the few upcoming films I'm able to look forward to without too much apprehension. The Coen Brothers have taken the screwball-crime-comedy genre that they made so beloved with Raising Arizona and The Big Lebowski and added the natural human desire to see Brad Pitt get punched in the face. How could it miss? So enjoy this new international trailer that, although not as revealing or red-bandy as the domestic version, should still elicit a few enthusiastic fist pumps.

Looks boring to be honest. Finally get to see the true side of Pitt. sigh

This trailer made me chuckle more than the domestic one, truth be told.
I also liked how everybody else get their full name, but Brad Pitt's credit is simply "Pitt."

@ #3 Everyone else got only their last name also, I don't know what you're talking about.
And also, I generally like Brad Pitt. He's a pretty good actor and seems like a reasonably nice guy.

Why does this seem like they just skimmed the list of Oscar winners and then picked names at random? I mean, not that it won't be a fine movie, it just seems to have a much higher than usual ratio of names that are credited with win.
And why, why can't I see Ms. Swinton and not see that awful bag she wore to the ceremony?

#4 and #6 - You are right, I wasn't paying close enough attention. Please consider me thoroughly corrected.

This movie looks so ridiculously entertaining. I love how Brad Pitt looks and acts like how Brad Pitt would've had he not gone into acting/modeling. You know he'd have highlights and work at a gym.
