USA Today has the above first look at Knowing, the newest piece of overacting and hair-loss-denial from Nicolas Cage, directed by I, Robot's Alex Proyas. In the film, Cage finds a letter in a time capsule buried near a school; in it, a series of numbers identifies prior catastrophes (like 9/11!) and predicts future ones. In this photo, Cage is trying to stop the disastrous finale of Lost: "Seriously, a second plane crash, and Jack saying, 'Here we go again'? That's a terrible ending!"

I guiltily love watching ol' Cage emote and over-act all over the screen :p He's like the action hero that absolutely should not be and yet sort of works. XD

He's just boxoffice attraction for the (American) public
I'd say the text remaining on the plane is a good reference for his cranium problems..
