Jun 23 2008Bumblebee's New Car-You-Should-Probably-Buy Form from 'Transformers 2'
Call me naive, but for some reason when Bumblebee was changed from a VW Beetle to a 1976 Camaro for Michael Bay's Transformers, and then from a 1976 Camaro to a 2009 Camaro within the ludicrous narrative, I was under the impression that would be his final vehicle form. As Jalopnik has now informed me with their images of the new, 2010 Camaro Z28 Bumblebee, that's not the case. It turns out Bumblebee is very close with GM insiders, keeping ever-updated with the newest upcoming models of Camaro that will be available for purchase near the time of the film's release and is constantly renovating himself. Optimus Prime calls it synergy!
Oh, and the sequel will now be titled Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen instead of Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. So when ads for it start turning up, you're just going to have to find a way other than numerals to remind yourself that it isn't the original movie being released again for some reason.

DMK, no shit. By the time the car comes out, people will be like, oh yeah, I forgot about the Camaro.
I am a Chevy fan and they really dropped the ball with the Mustang coming out and you cant sit at a light without seeing 4 on each corner. YAY CHEVY, douchebags.

Since they've stricken the numberals from the record, I'm suggesting "Transformers:ROTFLCOPTER" as the official fandom nickname for this sequel.
