Apr 29 2008'Mummy 3' Teaser Poster, and a Pretty Appropriate Reaction
I didn't really know what to say about this one, outside of describing it as the image of a screaming mummy head meant to promote a terrible mummy sequel to a terrible mummy movie. So I showed it to a friend, who gave me his unprovoked reaction:
"HELP MEH!!!" That's f***ing awesome. But then you see Brendan Fraser at the top.
Well said.

Looks like he's yawning.

I agree... looks like a yawn. Still appropriate, though.
I used to be a huge Li fan... but as of late... ugh.

And now Ollie Williams with the black weather forecast:

*whispers* I actually like the "Mummy" movies...
It's okay, you can stone me now.

It's ok SmokingGirl I like them too :p But this poster..good concept. However, the mouth needs to be more open and freakish as they are so fond of...and leaning the other way. I dunno why, but it does.

I've always found the movies amusing too. The posters looks kind of lame, but I'll wait till I see the trailer before I make a decision about the movie.

FAKE!

I dig the Mummy movies (Scorpion King was pretty awful, though). They're far from deep, but they're fairly entertaining. It's like watching anything by Michael Bay. You know it's going to be ridiculous going in, but you just have to let yourself have a good time.

Wow. I see they've come a long way with the special effects since '99...
I've seen better posters made in PS in under five minutes. What'd they set aside, $10 for the poster budget?

LOL
My co-worker saw the poster and noticed the penis formed of light on the right (our) side of his cheek.
Nasty! Dick eating mummies. Sounds just like Brendan Fraser's audition tape.

I saw parts of this being filmed while I was in Beijing last year... not so good from what I saw, but everyone knows that already.

#11: The only way your opinion could hold any credibility is if you had seen the entirety of the movie filmed, and even then, the whole crew and camera set up would really break the mood. Nice try, though.
