I'm not usually one to post things in the fan trailer/mash-up/remix realm, but hey, it's Friday(!), so I thought I'd to make an exception for this amazing piece of work. Using semi-professional visual effects, Darryl Gold has re-edited the climactic shoot-out of 1952's High Noon into the sci-fi masterpiece High Tech Noon, in which "a cyborg sherrif faces killer androids at high noon!" Also included: awesome deflector shields, satellite-based disintegration rays, bionic marshal vision, and an electronic kill counter.

FRIGGIN GOLD!

Good God, this is almost 10 years old.

Uh, isn't "High Noon" with lasers called "Outland?"

Now if they could only do something with Wuthering Heights. It was free to watch on Netflix and now I can't get that hour of my life back. The whole point of Wuthering Heights was to convince me that someone else hates gypsies as much as I do but thanks to the grossly underdeveloped plot, I don't know WHY.

That was made of awesome.

Why do the guns quack when out of ammo?
