Mar 26 2008New, Meltier 'What Happens in Vegas...' Trailer

what-happens-vegas-trailer-.jpg

I'm told this is a second trailer to What Happens in Vegas, and that it's somehow different, even funnier, than the first. I can't say I noticed either, but it did suddenly occur to me that the zany typeface used in the titles is remarkably similar to the one used to describe such pleasures as "melty cheese" in Taco Bell ads. Can I safely say this is the official font of things that make me physically ill?

Actually, watching it again, there were definitely more jokes about Kutch's groin this time.

Didn't I already see this flick with Vince Vaughn and Kathleen Turner?

Best movie since Pluto Nash.

This trailer still makes it look dumb as shit. I don't know how people choose the movies they do, but if they say "the script was great" or "the characters were great" for this, I wish they would at least explain why they thought that. Pretty 30 year old guys don't have frat-brother relationships with 40 year old bald guys. I haven't done any research, but I feel right. The two stars are about 5 years past the expiration date for the characters they play. Not that the characters are anywhere near relatable. I don't know anybody who would say "that's so much like what's his name." I don't have any hope of this era ending any time soon. If they're going to keep raising ticket prices, at least they could put out a few fucking comedies that will make anybody over 20 laugh instead of crap that only teenagers may laugh at and have their idea of what their 20s "may" bring completely crackers.

that popcorn trick is quite clever...damn u ashton kutcher for ur genius self!

GOD YOURE RIGHT!! IT IS THE NACHO CHEESE FONT!

OH fuck I hate it so.
