Jan 11 2008'Price is Right' Coming to DVD. What?
The perfect gift for your terminally ill friend or family member. Nothing says "You're so permanently sick that you need an equally permanent way to watch a show people only watch when home sick" like a collection of 26 Price is Right episodes. And what better way to painfully exit the world than guessing the price of flatware and an RV?
While the show has always served its purpose of providing modest company that breaks up the life insurance ads between 11 and noon, I can't imagine anyone actually going out of their way to watch such predicable, anodyne entertainment. I can say in all honesty that I've never once thought, "God, I could really go for that episode of The Price is Right from January 13, 1987 right now. Just one of those moods." Have you?

Plinko was the only mildly-interesting part of that boring, depressing show.

Dude, trust me. I work in a video/record store. People will buy any piece of shit that's put in front of them. In the past week I sold an Ed the Sock CD and a copy of The Wrestling Album on cd. To two different people. No shit.

hey, you could also be cutting high school. and yes, plinko and big titted hos running to hug bob were the show's main selling points.

But this is totally awesome. This show is one of the best drinking games ever. and now I can play some other time than life insurance o'clock. I can't wait to tell my buddies from collage.

this should have gone "straight to VHS" because old people don't have DVD players.
