Dec 14 2007AM Poster Post: 'The Dark Knight' International Poster
Sometimes, when he gets too caught up with crime-fighting, Batman forgets that in addition to being Gotham's premiere superhero, he's also really fucking rich. That's when he takes a deep breath, climbs to the top of the 200-story building he owns, and looks down at all the assholes who can't afford bulletproof Batman suits.
Thanks for the tip, Andy.

I'm confused. So the Batcave has been replaced by the BatTOWER? And this thing is not only TALLER than every other building in Gotham, but angled on its side so you actually look DOWN on the rest of the city.
Fantastic.

Yeah, this poster seems more like Lex Luthor doing cosplay.

It is a bit odd. Could be worse, there could be floating heads with the names not under the right head.

@1 (The Moat) Have you ever been atop a tall building before? You can see the streets down below you, even on a skyscraper that stands upright.
7. The Moat - December 14, 2007 12:11 PM
@Whistle; many times, thanks.
Yes, you'd be looking down other buildings, but the angle of the view would depend on the relative height and the distance between.
You could get a veiw like the one in the poster by standing right up against the glass, but when you're sitting way the hell back in the room (as the "camera" is in this shot), you'd never get that angle on those buildings.

@The Moat
I think that might actually be China or Japan or whatever foreign place it's supposed to take place in...

I have a feeling his back is to us so he can play "Strangle the Monkey" while thinking of said billions and sadly, looking down at the next generation of Presidential Candidates.
Possibly, he is even thinking about Jennifer Love Hewitt, and how 50lbs of large curd cottage cheese looks like stuffed into a 10lb sack........

Way to be a douche, batman. Some poor janitor obviously just spent all night waxing the hell of that goddamn floor, and you're just going to walk all over it. Good work, genius.

@WTF
No worries, man. This is Batman we're talking about... he doesn't WALK anywhere. He swoops down from the ceiling! Or, apperates! Or... whatever.

Forget the amazing view of the Gotham, there must be something really interesting on that support beam. A bug, maybe?
Eat it already!

Looks like Tokyo.
@Moat
The view is perfectly reasonable... in fact there are tons of buildings in Tokyo with such a view, as it were.

This is a response to "The Moat."
I really hope you were joking when you were typing what you typed. It is quite obvious based off the theatrical trailer, in the poster Batman is standing inside his Wayne Industry office. And since the Batcave has been destroyed by Ra's Al Ghul in the last film, the new hideout for Bruce is in his new penthouse.
