Isn't Belgium thinking about splitting into two countries?

Martin McDounough has written some very sick, violent, and some of the best and funniest plays in the past 15 years, especially The Lieutenant Of Innishmore which also involved a totally sick hitman who had a soft spot for cats. If this movie is on par with his last play, this should be awesom!

This poster seems like the type Wes Anderson would commission, if he ever decided to make a movie about gangsters in foreign countries.
