Nov 20 2007AM Poster Post: 'Mad Money' Poster = $$$
I think their hope is that women will think this is an all-female production of The Matrix, but more like a game show, and with shopping.

Yes, because Diane Keaton and Katie Holmes use the word mad as an adjective all the time.

There are a ton of these movies about three women, who are substantially different, that come together to achieve a goal. To figure out who will be in the movie, a casting director probably draws names from three hats. A hat containing older, idenitfiably plain, actresses who were big in the 70s and 80s. A hat containing sassy black women. And a hat containing younger hipster bubbleheads.

I will SOOOOOOOOOOOO not be seeing that movie. Even 5 years from now when the cable goes out and the tv picks up channel 2, its playing, not even if its raining and I have the flu and cant get out.

I don't think I've ever seen a promotional poster that could turn me more off to a film than that one. Diane Keaton as Skeletor, Queen Latifah as the Woman Who Will Take Any Role, and Kate Holmes as the What the Hell Happened to My Career, Oh Yeah, Tom Cruise heroine who redeems the whole film with her bland personality. And guess what - There's MONEY! Who doesn't like to see a bunch of rich people have money fall into their laps AGAIN, you know?

Loved the poster for this movie so much that I actually hunted down the film's official site to find out more about it. The trailer is really funny, and I think Katie Holmes looks absolutely stunning! If you haven't seen it yet, you can find the film's trailer here: http://madmoneymovie.com
