As Justice League casting news keeps coming forward, it's becoming more and more clear what criteria is being used in casting the role of the powerful Amazonian goddess, Wonder Woman:
1. Must be hot.
2. Must have dark hair. (Or not. We could probably dye it if you're Jessica Biel.)
This is evidenced by the recent news that Shannyn Sossamon has tested for the superhero role. Doesn't she seem a bit too gangly-hipster-type for a super-powerful Amazon? Despite any work she's done, I have a hard time seeing this spindly thing do anything besides serve coffee and act sarcastic, preferably with short bangs.
Am I wrong?

shannyn sossamon loves to ruin pop culture characters with her hipsterness.
i wouldnt be suprised if wonder woman was re-written to carry around a skateboard, re-virginize, constantly giggle and hell, lets just give ALL her character's traits to another character, who's not even in the book and cast that role with jessica biel who SHOULD have actually played the lead!!!!

If the actress cast as Wonder Woman doesn't look like she could at least beat up the men who have tested for roles in this movie, I'll lose what little respect I have for the asses in charge of this project. She's an Amazon, for pity's sake!

I always thought Brooke Shields looked like she could be Wonder Woman. And this is coming from someone who dressed up as her for Halloween 5 years in a row and then again in my 20s.

Anyways, so far none of the potential actresses are right for the role. People can be attracted to Jessica Biel all they want, but I'd rather not see her as Wonder Woman. Of course, casting Shannyn "I named my child Audio Science because I'm so hip" Sossamon would be worse.

OK they need to find a "woman" not some bony ass chick right out of school. WW is a amazon, and when I think amazon I think 6 foot range, not 5 foot to 5 foot 9!

yuppers, i think mac means boobs and i think he's right. this person needs to be at least 6ft tall. just like MrGutts points out, WW is an amazon.

Not Wonder Woman no..BUT I actually think she'd make a FANTASTIC Catwoman.
Now before you all start going all Halle Berry on me, think about it a bit..especially if you read CW on a regular basis. I could actually see her perfectly cast as Selina.
Just my opinion anyway.
As for Wonder Woman, no idea...whoever it is has to be EXACTLY right though, otherwise they'll make an utter balls up of it. She has to be big, strong, have huge tits and look like an Amazon..I can't think of anyone out there who fits the bill:(

I'm in love with Shannyn Sossamon. The Justice League movie is going to suck balls no matter what, so they might as well cast her, if only for the benefit of my eyes.

I've wanted to be Wonder Woman since I was six years old. While fucking up the casting seems to be a prereq for any superhero movie, let them please get this one right. And this skinny no-butt chick is NOT it.

I totally agree with Kitty on the Catwoman thing. If they wanted to make another one, which they should because the last one was abysmal. And yes, I was talking about boobs.
