Oct 10 2007Eric Bana to Play 'Star Trek' Heavy

Eric Bana has signed on to join JJ Abram's Star Trek prequel as Nero, the film's main villain, joining Anton Yelchin, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, and Leonard Nimoy. Unfortunately, because Abrams has the giggly secretive mentality of a 12-year-old girl, it's anyone's guess who Nero is or how appropriate the casting is. Your possible responses are limited to:

a) Cool! I love Eric Bana! He'll be good no matter who or what Nero is.

b) Yuck! I hate Eric Bana! He'll be bad no matter who or what Nero is.

c) That shit is Bana-nas!*

c.
Also A. Because Eric Bana-nas is sexified. I'd pay $10 to watch him eat fritos in his underwear for 2 hours.

Ditto my comment on "Pine May be Captain Kirk, Cop, 'It'."

I wonder what kind of Star Trek Nose/Forehead prosthetic they will make him wear to show that he's an evil alien?

Nero? Real subtle villain name. Might as well have called him Dr. Murder.

I prefer Doctor "Kill all living organisms, except the really cute girly ones"
