Sep 21 2007'Aliens vs Predator: Requiem' Trailer Redefines Versus Standards

It's official: after having watched the Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem trailer, Aliens fighting Predators has become my new baseline for struggle. Rising above such contenders as good vs. evil, man vs. nature, Roe vs. Wade, and baby vs. cobra, Aliens vs. Predators is now my standard for one force competing against another force. "Have you ever read Beowulf?" I'll ask. "With good and evil clearly defined, it's essentially a story of the classic struggle between Alien and Predator." That's how life-changing this trailer is.

None of that is true; I could barely make out what was going on in this thing. But it is kind of awesome when the predator uppercuts the alien with his hand claw.

First!

This actually doesnt look that bad...to be honest...I, in my opinion, think it looks much better than the first. It looks like they got that "feel" that the Alien and Predator films (mostly Alien) had back in the day. I'll be in line to see this...I just HATE, FUCKING HATE, the "AvP: Requiem" tag. They should've just called it AvP 2.

I hope its better that the first. I saw the first one at the theater and I'm still pissed about paying 10 bucks to see that piece of shit.

Dear God,

Thank you for sending your only son baby Jesus to earth to be born in order to cleanse the sins of your subjects. Thank you for allowing his birth, in order for there to be Christmas music praising the birth of our Lord Savior to be made so that it could be used in the upcoming AvP2 movie. I know your a fan and this is not the Devil's doing.

Amen.

Love,

Emily

Ps. Me and my friend saw this trailer for the movie "3:10 to Yuma"

You see, its movies like this that give me hope for my shit. If a piece of crap like
this can spawn a sequel, then there's hope for my works!
