Finally someone has made an original movie where, in an original story, a group of caricatured, snotty, blond, rich girls are taken down by a group of (original) nerd characters, all while an original pretty girl who befriends the nerds scores the unique attractive guy character that the lead original snotty girl wants. Why hadn't someone thought to combine these elements yet?
You can see it all in the above trailer for Sydney White, complete with the most insincere intro possible by Amanda Bynes.

Yeah, that's not original at all. I believe the original was called (hold for drum roll) Revenge of the Nerds. Everything is the same except in ROTN, the nerds took on the jocks and the snotty chicks, while the main nerd got the main guy. Hollywood has no more originality than I have hairs on my fingernails.

I've always loved amanda. Ever since she was on All That when she was what like 13? My friends all called me a pedophile back then. Now they all want her as much as I always have. I love her.

I get the impression that they made this movie solely based on one scene that the writer came up with.. "Hi Ho!" "Hi Ho!" "Hi Ho!". That made me El Oh El.

I think it's refreshing that a celebrity is so involved in the promotion of the film that she'll actually personally be reading the viewers' comments over on the MySpace! I can't wait until she reads the one I posted! I hope she responds!

amanda bynes is a cutie, but what an awful actress it sounded like she was reading off a prompter
