Lars and the Real Girl, written by Six Feet Under scribe Nancy Oliver, stars Ryan Gosling as a lonely, awkward man turned delusional freak when he purchases a sex doll and starts acting like she's real. Sadly, the summary provided makes no mention of why he's acting like Napoleon Dynamite or where I can get myself a sex doll, leaving me at a loss for both the lead character's motivations and for something plastic and womanly to stick my D in.

This looks so weird but there is a hint at some payoff. I hope he is just pulling everyones chain. Otherwise this is just like every other sappy "special" kid warming everyones heart.
Though the doll looks like an Angelina Jolie inspired doll and that changes everything.

Actually seen a documentary that had the same plot as this film. Was some crazy american who brought his lovedoll with him to restuarants and movies. The insane fucker even did 1hour of foreplay with the doll before he started humping away.

I seriously hope the doll doesn't come to life. If it does, I already know the conclusion...Germans who are some 500 years old will come and try to take the doll back and they don't and the doll and man fall in love...it's called Mannequin. If this happens I might fly out to LA and personally beat the shit out of every screenwriter I see for having no originality.
