Jul 19 2006Bobby Poster

The one-sheet to Bobby, the story of Robert Kennedy, has been released. I'd mention who's in it, but that already takes up two-third of the poster. The other third is a broken campaign sign with the image of Kennedy, which I think confirms my assassination conspiracy theory: that Kennedy is NOT dead! The shooter was in fact shooting at a cardboard dummy and simply shot the top off it. The twenty minutes that Kennedy supposedly remained conscious after being shot I attribute to ventriloquism.

poor bobby.

please let lindsay lohan not be irritating in this.

does the world really need another movie about the Kennedy family? we're only setting ourselves up for the eventual cinematic biopic of Ted Kennedy.

and Grover Clevland and Millard Filmore were actually presidents of these united states. but you don't see movies about them!

I don't get why people are worried about Lindsay Lohan ruining this. We all loved her in Mean Girls (just admit it) and she was great in A Prarie Home Companion.

I'm worried about Sharron Stone in her follow up to Basic Instinct 2 and Catwoman, or Demmi Moore who's been making a "comeback" since Charlies Angels 4 years ago but has yet to make another movie that went to theaters.

soooooo, who is playing the EVIL republican that shoots bobby in the back of his skull?

i'm not as worried about lohan as i am about the fact this is written, directed and acted in by emilio estevez...

first of all, they could have picked a better name for the movie maybe ? i don't know Bobby sounds dull. anyway and the list of actors might be big but Nick Cannon ? Emilio Estevez ? Lindsay Lohan ? Christian Slater and even Sharon Stones jeez
