Mar 22 2006The Da Vinci Code Full Trailer

Before you forget that The Da Vinci Code was popular a couple years ago, make sure you watch the trailer for Ron Howard's film version. Yahoo! Movies has posted an exclusive trailer for the upcoming movie, starring Tom Hanks as the intrepid Lou Da Vinci, great-grandson of the famous Leonardo, who inherits the famous Mona Lisa only to trade it to an albino for a pizza. Whoops! How is he going to get it back? By dressing up like a woman and sneaking into Albino College! It's Da Vinci Co-Ed!*

*This may not actually be the plot, but I think that would make a better movie that this.

Man, this movie looks disappointing. Audrey Tatou looks old. Tom Hanks is sporting an afro-mullet. A white albino whips himself occasionally.

The only good thing so far is Ian McKellan, who wears glasses and is informational. Gandalf power!

What is the Da Vinci Code about anyways ... i never got sucked into the trend ... Pitty...

the book was actually really good.....I couldn't put it down but a movie?? I have a hard time seeing it as a movie and from the pic's it looks like they're going to butcher it anyways

To me, Tom Hanks' best movie was Bachelor Party, everything he's done after that...meh..not so good. I don't care if he's won the oscar.

Since the book was totally true, this movie should get a "based on a true story" credit.

Uh...how is it a true story if all the characters are fictional?

I never read this book, only the prequel. Easy to read and entertaining, but no real substance. Hmmm, just like an action movie. This adaptation was a no-brainer. Anyways, the book was about a conspiracy against the Vatican.

Isn't it fantastic that they're using the same remix of the Requiem for a Dream score that The Two Towers and Zathura trailers featured?

I read "Angels and Demons" after "Da vinci" and I can't wait for that movie either! I am such a media sucker.

I'm sick of Tom Hanks. He's so ten minutes ago.
