Jan 20 2006Indiana Jones 4 Is Still Being Written
Will Indiana Jones 4 be made? George Lucas still says so. Possibly in response to recent reports that Harrison Ford wouldn't continue the series if it's not done in the next couple years. Lucas claims we'll see Indy by 2007:
You know, we just write and write and write and write and write. But we are getting closer, and hopefully this year we will have a start date and we will have a script that we all love and hopefully it will come out next year.
Lucas added that Jeff Nathanson, writer of Catch Me If You Can, has joined the likes of Frank Darabont in penning a script. Though fans have waited since 1989 for another chapter in the saga, we must remember that Lucas needs this long to sufficiently ruin another franchise.

Atleast Lucas wont be writing the script.

I'm not sure about this one, Harrison was looking pretty old at the golden globes. Maybe he was drunk, who knows, but he barely had the strength to say his lines, much less crack the whip and fight off Nazis.
And I thought finding the holy grail would be the ultimate conquest.
We'll see

Poor Harrison, he looks like a tired old man. He has a new movie out, Firewall, and he just looks old and out of it.
Time to hang up the whip and retire. He was totally cool back in the 80's but now he looks older then Connery does today. And remember Connery played his dad in back in 1989.

As much as I love the idea of a new Indy movie, I think most of us think he is to old now to do this.

Maybe since he defeated the nazis, Indy in the 4th one will fight the russians, and then meet up with James Bond, and they can have the Ultimate battle!! O.o Sean Connery's still alive right? but if i see Haden Christianson for one second, i'm gonna be pissed.
